Mandates in pending status require customer approval and the authorisation link is on the mandate page.
A pending status applies against customer mandates when you have created a mandate request but the customer has yet to authorise the mandate.
Once the customer authorises the mandate, the mandate will then show as pending submission or as submitted.
To check if a customer's mandate is 'pending customer approval':
1. Find the customer through search, or click on Customers in the menu, then click on the customer.
2. You will find a list of the customer's mandates beneath the subscriptions section. Notice that in this case the mandate has a grey dot beside it. This shows that it requires further action before it can reach an active status.
3. Click on the mandate reference to view in more detail.
You can confirm the current status of the mandate in the details section.
If you have already created a payment or subscription for the customer you will see that they are in pending status.
