You can export payment details from the dashboard to a CSV file.
If you want to use payment data outside of LotusPay, you can easily export the details to a CSV file.
1. Click on Payments in the left menu.
2. Click on the eye icon in the top right corner of the table.
3. Apply any required searches, filters and sort orders. Options include charge date and status.
4. Click on the green icon to export the resulting data.
In this way, you can create custom reports such as daily end-of-day reconciliations.
If you're using our API, note that the export headers match the API headers, and the change policy in the API applies to exports too.
We generally do not make backwards-incompatible changes to report headers (unless absolutely necessary e.g. due to a backwards-incompatible change in the payment system itself). We consider addition of new columns or changing the sequence of columns to be backwards-compatible.
