Cancel an individual payment from the dashboard.
Individual payments can be cancelled within the LotusPay dashboard any time up until 9am on the day of the charge. This is the cut off point where payments are submitted to the banking system for processing and so can no longer be cancelled.
For example, if a payment is due to be charged to a customer on a Monday, the cut-off point for cancelling the payment will be 9am on that Monday.
To cancel a payment:

2. Go to Customers > individual customer page, scroll down to the 'Payments' section, then click on the payment you would like to cancel.
3. Search for the payment by entering its description in the search bar at the top o the dashboard, then click on the payment you would like to cancel.
4. Go to Payments and find the payment in the list, then click on it.
5. Click on the Cancel button and then confirm.
The status will change to Cancelled to reflect the change.
Only payments in 'Pending Submission' status can be cancelled. Subscription payments are created by the system on the day before the scheduled occurrence, so your window of opportunity to cancel them is limited. If you want to prevent the payment sooner, you can cancel the subscription instead.
