Plans are templates to create identical mandates (via sources) for multiple customers.
If you need to create identical mandates - or identical subscription with mandates - for several customers you can save time by creating a plan. Plans are templates that you can assign multiple customers to, instead of creating each mandate individually.
To create a plan:
1. Click on the Plans tab within your dashboard menu, then click the Create plan button at the top right of the page.
2. In the window that opens choose a name, amount, type, and schedule for your plan. Choose type 'On Presentment' if you want to manually charge the mandate - this plan will create independent mandates. Choose type 'Automatic' if you want the system to automatically charge the mandate - this plan will create mandates with subscriptions.
3. Advanced options enables you to add a redirect URL link. The URL you enter is where your customers will be navigated to once they submit the online NACH Debit authorisation form linked to this plan.
4. Once you’ve added all the details for your new plan, simply click Create plan. You’ll now see it listed within the Plans page of your dashboard.
You can then proceed to use the plan to create sources.
