You can create a customer in the LotusPay dashboard. After creating the customer, you can then create a mandate for that customer.
If you want to manually enter a customer's contact details, you can do so in the dashboard.
This feature is limited to Pro Plan merchants that have access to Physical Mandate.
Note: Creating a mandate from the Mandates page automatically creates a customer and a bank account.
1. Select Customers from your dashboard menu.
2. Click the Create customer button.
3. Enter the required details.
4. Click Create to save the customer.
You can then proceed to create a mandate for this customer.
