If your LotusPay account is enabled for the public physical mandate form, you or your customer can visit the form link and create a physical mandate.
If you're enabled for this feature, you'll find the link in your dashboard in Settings > Company Settings.
Step 1. Go to the form link. It shows you your logo, Creditor Name and Creditor Utility Code.
Step 2. Fill in the form. Each field has a tool tip with an explanation. For 'Referrer Identifier', you must enter the same identifier (e.g. mobile number, email address etc.) that has been assigned to your key. Your key is sent to you by your company.
Step 3. Submit the form. You will be redirected to a confirmation page, and you can download the pre-filled mandate PDF file. If you entered an email address, an email invitation will be sent to that email address with the pre-filled mandate PDF file attached.
Step 4. Print the PDF file and ask your customer to review and sign it.
