You can update your organisation's details as follows. For each of these changes, we will verify and respond within one working day.
Changing your business name
If you want to change the name of your business in LotusPay, you'll need to email LotusPay Support with the following details:
- New name
- Evidence of the name (e.g. incorporation certificate, GST registration certificate, PAN etc.)
Changing your settlement bank account
If you want to change where settlements are being sent, you'll need to email LotusPay Support with the following details:
- Bank account name
- Bank account number
- Bank account IFSC
- Bank account type
- Evidence of your bank account (a cancelled cheque, or a bank statement dated in the last three months)
